Nice to meet you!

At 12 years old I picked up my first professional camera; a Pentax K1000 fully manual film camera, and never looked back. My first wedding was in 1997. I absolutely loved it and knew that this would always be a passion of mine. I am a Santa Fe Native, born and raised. I moved to California for 5 years, first to Los Angeles, then to San Diego. My favorite thing to do there was to go to Ocean Beach and the Dusty Rhodes Dog Park. Covid brought me back home end of 2020.

In my time as a photographer, I have received numerous images in publications, on the cover of publications and awards, but they are not as valuable to be as the smile on my clients faces when they see the photographs from their wedding or portrait session, or seeing my fine art on their wall. Why do I like to photograph weddings and people? I love people, I love - love. I love the moments, the happy the sad and the ones that make us feel alive.

As most artists are, I love more than one Medium. My undergraduate degree is from the College of Santa Fe in Art (of course). I also have graduate studies in Theology, in which I have a deep obsession with Personal Eschatology and caring for the marginalized with a Biblical perspective. I

Now that I am back home, I love spending time with my family, eating good New Mexican food and cuddling with my fur babies. I also love creating art, and you may find me at an Arts & Crafts fair around town.
